MetroWest Weekly Groups


please take note: weekly groups are organized by age and meet consistently to work on a wide range of technical and tactical concepts tailored to the developmental needs of each age group. These sessions provide a more structured and progressive training experience. Weekly groups take place at both Dana Hall and in Waltham and players are welcome and encouraged to participate in both weekly groups and clinics.

Mondays

Elite 9th & 10th Grade Group with Mary

June 23- July 28

ECNL, GA or INVITE ONLY: This 90-minute elite training group will be led by Coach Mary, Brandeis University head coach and USSF B Licensed coach. It will provide a highly competitive environment focused on developing technical skills, tactical awareness, and confident decision-making. Players will engage in game-like scenarios, receive detailed tactical instruction, and benefit from high-repetition technical work.

High School Group with Mary

June 23- July 28

Coach Mary will lead the high school soccer group that is designed to help players (rising 9th grade- seniors) have fun, sharpen their technical skills, and build confidence ahead of the upcoming high school season. Each session includes focused training, game-like scenarios, and a competitive yet supportive environment to get players ready for August.

College Group

May 26- July 28

This high-level group is designed for current college players and meets twice per week throughout the summer. Each session will include focused technical and tactical instruction, tailored to the individual needs of each player. The goal is to sharpen your game ahead of preseason by identifying key areas for development and applying them in live, coached scrimmages. Unlike traditional summer team environments, this program prioritizes your individual growth and offers consistent feedback during gameplay to ensure you’re developing with purpose. The group will be coached by elite level coaches who have played and coached in the college game and beyond.

Middle School Group with Stuart (available for booking starting on May 17)

Perfect for players looking to grow their game in a fun, low-pressure environment. Led by Coach Stuart, this group will focus on the core technical and tactical skills with a strong emphasis on confidence building in 1v1 situations and ball striking technique. Through engaging activities and small-sided games, players will build confidence, improve ball control, and better understand the game—all while having a great time preparing for the fall season.

Tuesday Groups

5th & 6 Grade with Rachel Bloznalis (available for booking on May 24)

June 23- July 28

Led by BU Assistant Coach and former pro player Rachel Bloznalis, this group will focus on technical skills such as first touch, passing, and ball control, as well as tactical concepts like spacing, movement off the ball, and decision-making. Players will be challenged to think, play, and improve in a competitive, fun and supportive environment.

Elite 7th & 8th Grade Group with Rachel Bloznalis (available for booking on May 24)

ECNL, GA or INVITE ONLY: This group is designed for players who are ready to elevate their game. Led by Boston University Assistant Coach and former professional player Rachel Bloznalis, sessions will focus on the key technical and tactical areas outlined in U.S. Soccer’s development framework. Players will work on advanced ball mastery, game-speed decision-making, positional awareness, and applying tactical concepts in realistic game scenarios. This environment is designed to challenge and prepare serious players for the next level.
