Tess Info

ess Webb-Johnson started playing soccer at the age of 5 and has loved the game ever since. Tess has thirteen years of soccer experience, which includes playing for Scorpions SC ECNL for 6 years and was a Westwood Varsity starter for 4.

During her club career, Tess was a 2016 Massachusetts State Cup champions, 2016 US Youth Soccer Champion and 2019 ECNL Showcase Champion. In 2018 she was an ECNL PDP invite.

At Westwood, Tess was named a League All-Star as a sophomore, and Teammate of the Year as a Senior. Due to injury, Tess missed a large majority of her junior and senior year.

Tess understands what it takes to recover, both mentally and physically, from injury. She is incredibly empathetic and encouraging to players, especially in helping them return to play.

Tess is very knowledgeable both on the soccer fundamentals AND how to teach them in a fun and engaging way to younger players. Tess enjoys watching young players grow and develop and takes pride in building players confidence through her upbeat and positive coaching style. Tess has worked with Rachel and Summit Soccer Academy for the past nine months.

She graduated from Westwood High School and is currently attending Boston College as a biology major.
